BodyBeautifulOnline.com does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, or when we have your permission.

Security
Body Beautifu is committed to using only the most highly secure systems to process your credit card information. To accomplish this, BodyBeautiful.net utilizes PayPal's secure payment system.

RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Books & Guides
Books, Clothing & Style Guides sold on the site are backed by a thirty day guarantee from the time you receive them. The cost of the product is refunded but you will still pay the original postage. Returned products should all be in saleable condition. Additionally, the customer is responsible for any return shipping and handling costs.

Educational Events and Training
Tuition and registration fees for events and courses is non-refundable. However, if you cannot attend for some reason, you may request and receive a credit towards any future event in the forthcoming 2 years time by contacting Body Beautiful in advance of the original event purchased. You may also transfer your pre-paid enrollment to someone else if you cannot attend, provided this is confirmed in writing. A $75 fee is charged for transfer of enrollment. Deposits to reserve a space in an upcoming training or seminar are non-refundable.

The Distance Learning Course
Tuition for the distance learning course is non-refundable.

Services and Gift Cards
50% of consultation fees are refundable if the appointment is cancelled at least 7 days in advance. The remaining 50% is non-refundable but may be applied to future services for up to one year.

Custom Palettes
Custom client palettes are non-returnable. If the custom palette is fulfilled incorrectly by Body Beautiful based on original order details, a corrected palette will be shipped at no additional cost.

Master Color Sets and TVR's
Master Color Set and TVR sales are final. However, Body Beautiful offers a buy-back program in which we buy back and resell used Master Color Sets (MCS) to other Stylists that wish to purchase them at a reduced price. Following are guidelines for how the buy back program works.

1. Stylist contacts Body Beautiful to request a buy back of their master color set

2. Pending approval, Stylist ships the MCS via a secure shipment method to Body Beautiful (Express recommended).

3. Body Beautiful will evaluate the condition of the MCS and offer an amount to buy back the MCS from the Stylist, based on costs and time to refurbish the set to best possible condition. The buy back amount may range from 20% (for unused, excellent condition) to 80% below retail price. If the MCS is in very poor condition, Body Beautiful may opt not to buy back the MCS, in which case it will be shipped back to the Stylist.

4. If the Stylist accepts the buy back offer amount, Body Beautiful will broker the resale of the MCS and send the accepted buy back amount to Stylist when payment is received (checks are issued around the 15th of each month). If the Stylist does not accept the buy back offer amount, Body Beautiful will send the MCS back.
